  • Old Bathroom Removal & Cleanup: $450 per bathroom.
  • Showerhead Installation: Free if wall panels are purchased. Otherwise, $40 per set.

Custom Installation Plans Based on Your Bathroom Configuration:

  1. Plan 1 (Customer handles drainage system):

    • Drainage Setup: Customer arranges for the necessary plumbing adjustments.
    • Installation: Our team will install the shower base and wall panels.
    • Cost: $200+$650
  2. Plan 2 (Full Installation):

    • Drainage System and Product Installation: Includes all necessary plumbing adjustments and installation of products like the shower base and wall panels.
    • Pricing: Varies depending on the specific layout and materials.

Drainage System Adjustment Costs:

  • For Bathrooms Pre-1980 (with a crawl space): $750 per bathroom for drainage modification.
  • For Bathrooms Post-1980 (with cement slab): $1250 per bathroom for drainage modification (includes additional labor for cement work).

Product Installation Costs:

  • Shower Base Installation: $200 per bathroom.
  • Wall Panel Installation: $650 per bathroom.
  • Grouting: Free grouting service provided by our team. For SMC and PU tile panels, we provide antibacterial grout as a gift.

Additional Charges:

  • Transport Fee: If wall panels need to be transported from the first to the second floor, a $100 fee applies per set.

4. Estimated Total Cost:

  • For Pre-1980 Bathrooms: Around $2000 (Installation + Drainage Setup + Base and Wall Panels).
  • For Post-1980 Bathrooms: Around $2700 (Installation + Drainage Setup + Base and Wall Panels).

5. Installation Time and Availability:

  • Drainage Modification: ½ day to 1 day per bathroom, depending on complexity.
  • No Drainage Modification: ½ day per bathroom.

  • Dispute Resolution: If there are any concerns about the installation charges, please contact the installation team leader directly for quick resolution. Our teams are trusted partners of Allsumhome.
  • Installation Scheduling: Once you've confirmed your order, we will provide the contact details of the installation team leader who will coordinate with you to finalize the installation date.

Should you experience any issues, such as incorrect installation or any problems arising post-installation, our after-sales service will remain valid, and you can contact us for warranty support.

10. Pre-Installation Preparation:

  • Do I Need to Prepare the Space?: We recommend sending us photos of your bathroom environment beforehand to help us estimate the complexity of the installation. Additionally, we offer cleaning and removal services for old furniture, which are available for an additional charge.
  • How Much Notice Is Required for Rescheduling?: Please notify the installation team leader at least 1 day in advance. For example, if you scheduled installation for Wednesday, please contact us by Tuesday 6:00 PM to confirm or reschedule the appointment.
  • Do I Need to Provide Any Equipment?: No, our team will bring all necessary tools. All you need to do is prepare to sign off on delivery and confirm the installation.

11. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

  • Do We Need to Purchase Plumbing Supplies?: Special handling. Unless your bathroom layout requires specific modifications (such as rearranging drainage pipes), there is no need to purchase additional plumbing supplies. If such changes are required, we will assist in purchasing and installing the necessary components.

  • Sliding Door Installation: $400
  • Pivot Door Installation: $400
  • Mirror Cabinet Installation: $400

13.No-Show Fee:

Explanation: If the installation team is unable to complete the installation due to customer-related issues (such as incorrect measurements, product damage, missing parts, or project delays), a $150 no-show fee will be charged.

If you opted for our on-site inspection service and our technician made an incorrect assessment leading to the purchase of the wrong product, we will not charge this fee

  • Product Damage: If the issue is due to product quality problems that prevent installation, no fee will be charged, and a new installation and delivery schedule will be arranged.
  • Customer Issues: If the installation cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (such as measurement errors or incomplete products), the no-show fee will be charged.
